Why not make a radical break from routine for the organisation of your next meeting? There are plenty of unusual and inspiring places, some close to you, some far far away. Here are some suggestions to get you thinking about it.
Who.
Factory Forty isn’t just any old coworking space: it’s a family affair. You’ll notice this as soon as you step through the door. It’ll be David, his brother-in-law Jasvir or Sara, his mum, who’ll welcome you. Now and again, you’ll bump into the rest of the family, including the grandchildren, who will most likely be in the garden taking care of the chickens or the vegetable patch. You’ll also hear Pitchuk, our cockerel, marking the rhythm of the days.
What.
You’ve been warned. Factory Forty is a warm and welcoming environment. And very light: every room has windows letting the daylight stream in. Except the siesta room, of course.
How and why
It’s the ideal place for those who, like us, find sharing their time and experience with people from all different backgrounds to be stimulating. Links are created over time, as you make contact with others in the corridor, on the veranda over a coffee, in the kitchen around the large table, or in the garden when the weather allows.
At the same time, you keep your independence. Our coworking space is purposely arranged so that each member has a spacious workspace allowing them to concentrate.
